Eggs, Butter, Molasses/ Treacle

 

Size:

The kit contains enough ingredients to make one giant Gingerbread house and even to have dough to make some more Halloween cookies. We will add as extra some Halloween paper template  if you wish to cut out some Halloween gingerbread cookies.

 The size of the house is aprox: 15x18x15cm

Ingredients:

Cookie mix: WHEAT flour, Brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder

Royal Icing Mix: Icing Sugar, White Egg Powder, Food colouring gels

Food colour gel contains: Glucose, Sugar, Water, Anti-caking agent (Potato Starch), Colour (Brilliant Blue), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Gelling Agent (Agar), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).3

Allergy Advice:

ALLERGY: the recipe contains EGGS, GLUTEN, DAIRY PRODUCTS.

How to store:

Cookie Mix: store in a cool dry place.

Royal Icing Mix; store in a fridge for up to 5 days. Before use leave it in room temp for 20 min before you start decorating the cookies. It is totally normal for royal icing to separate when it is being stored. If needed please remix it again by rubbing the piping bag gently until the mix gets soft and consistent.
