The Easter Egg Vanilla Cheesecake is not just an yummy dessert, but it's an excellent recipe for young bakers to make it independently. They will have fun and unforgettable Easter.
Digestive Biscuits - 70g
Soft Butter - 20g
Medium Easter Chocolate Egg
Cream Cheese - 250g
Sour Cream - 70g
Double Cream - 90g
Sugar - 75g
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Chop the biscuits with the butter in a kitchen robot. If you don't have one just put them in a bag and start crashing them. The Butter turns into a glue and helps the crumbles stick together.
Separate the Chocolate Egg and fill each half with the biscuits crumbs. Make sure you cover the walls too.
To make the cream you need to measure the right ingredients and put all of them in a bowl. I use a hand mixer to whip the cream. Mix it around 10 min or until you see the cream get thicker.
You are almost ready with your No bake Easter Egg Cheesecake.
The last two steps before you are ready are:
Pour the cream into the egg shells.
Decorate your Cheesecake with crushed and whole chocolate Eggs.
