Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking and Fees
 

  • Payment for all classes, after school clubs and workshops must be paid in full in advance for your place to be secured unless otherwise stated.

  • You can book a class/club or a workshop online. Once you have completed the booking form and made a payment, we will send you a confirmation email on the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions together with our website terms and conditions.

  • For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on any course to those booking in advance. We cannot guarantee a place at the door on the day of the event.

  • Medical information – Any medical conditions, such as allergies, SEN disabilities and others, that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) prior the booking in writing to info@dolcesenso.co.uk  and (2) at the time of booking in writing to Dolce Senso Baking Academy.


Programme Changes and Cancellations
  • ​​Dolce Senso Baking Academy will be entitled to change the timing and/or content of any course and to substitute any teacher at any time. We will normally give you enough notice of these changes where possible. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event or activity if we have not met the minimum required bookings for that event or activity. In that case you will be provided with an opportunity to book for another session or receive a full refund of your booking fee. 
  • If you wish to cancel any of your bookings, you may do so within certain deadlines to receive a full refund. Please see the table below.

Refunds & Cancellations
After-School Clubs
2 days/ 48 hours after you place a booking - FULL Refund
2 to 5 days after you place a booking - 50% Refund unless you find a replacement for your place
more than 5 days after you place a booking - NO Refund
​If you wish to stop attending the after-school club before the end of the programme, you will not be issued with a refund for the remaining classes, unless Dolce Senso Baking Academy is proven to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 14 days prior to the event - FULL Refund
7 days prior to the event - 50% Refund
less than 7 days prior to the event - NO Refund

Weekend Classes and Mom and Toddler Classes
14 days prior to the event - FULL Refund
7 days prior to the event - 50% Refund
less than 7 days prior to the event - NO Refund
